These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DavinLabs website and services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
DavinLabs is a software development and IT services company providing web development, mobile application development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, consulting, and related technical services.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or exploit content without permission.
DavinLabs provides software development, consulting, cloud solutions, maintenance, and related digital services as defined in project agreements. All services are subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, or contract defining scope of work, timelines, and payment terms. Changes in scope may result in additional charges.
All website content belongs to DavinLabs unless stated otherwise. All intellectual property remains with DavinLabs until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client project ownership will be governed by signed agreements. Upon full payment, custom-developed software may be transferred to the client.
Payment terms are defined in proposals or contracts. Fees will be defined in project agreements and payments must follow agreed milestones. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Both parties agree to protect confidential and proprietary information shared during the course of projects and engagement.
Service levels, support, and maintenance are provided only if explicitly included in a signed agreement or SLA document.
DavinLabs shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
Solutions may integrate third-party services. DavinLabs is not responsible for failures or changes caused by third-party providers.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Services may also be terminated in case of breach of contract, non-payment, or unlawful activities, according to signed agreements. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
